Hamline moved to St. Paul, Minnesota in 1880; view of orginal buildings taken in 1888. Dr. Henry L. Osborn joined the faculty as Professor of Biology and Geology in 1890 (until 1945); the new Museum of Natural History was on the 3rd floor of the 1888 Hall of Science Building (center, above)until 1931.
